Service

Your measurement device must be taken in for regular maintenance every 12 months to protect the warranty. Your measurement device will notify you of the next maintenance one month before maintenance is due.

For example: You purchased your measurement device in December 2013. Starting in November 2014, you are notified of the next maintenance due in 12/2014 (December 2014) when switched on.

Please take your measurement device to a service centre to have the routine maintenance performed.

Starting one month before the next maintenance is due, your measurement device will indicate when the next maintenance is due. This display will appear until the maintenance date is reset by a service centre. Please send your measurement device to your closest service centre.

We will need the device, all accessories (e.g. probes) to be tested, and the maintenance schedule for maintenance/repair. We also need a written order specifying which services to perform (e.g. perform routine maintenance) and, if applicable, a description of the error.

We would like to point out that we only accept devices properly packaged inside a shipping carton. We cannot accept devices sent in their equipment case. A rule of thumb for packing the devices: The packaging must protect the device in a fall from 1 metre!

Please send your measurement device to the following address:

Dräger MSI GmbH
Service Department
Rohrstr. 32
D-58093 Hagen

Of course, you can also take your measurement device to one of our service partners for maintenance.
