Our professional leak testing device for gas and water is a powerful complete package solution for all relevant and legally prescribed tests on gas and water pipelines. The pressure and leak testing device Dräger P7-TDX enables you to conduct functionality tests up to 3 bar in no time at all. Also available are up to four optional external high pressure-sensors for other important measurements and efficient measurement results.

Serviceability testing has never been so simple
Serviceability testing is carried out fully automatically. This involves simply connecting the P7-TDX to the gas fitting of the heating system with a hose and thus to the gas line. Whether load testing, testing for leaks or serviceability testing for gas pipelines pursuant to TRGI 2018 – our Dräger P7-TDX guarantees reliable measurements.

In addition to the testing of gas pipelines, the Dräger P7-TDX is also able to conduct measurements on water and wastewater pipelines, regulator checks as well as pressure measurements of up to 3 bar with air. An external 25 bar sensor is available for water testing.
The Dräger P7-TDX measures leak rates at top speeds – without removing the gas meter, without determining the volume and without pressure boosting. Merely connect the single hose connection to the gas fitting to start measuring. The auto-start option is an important tool for leaks in small systems with a rapid pressure drop.
Versatile, quick and professional: In addition to the testing of gas and liquefied gas pipelines, the Dräger P7-TDX is also able to conduct measurements on water and wastewater pipelines, regulator checks as well as pressure measurements of up to 0.3 MPa (3 bar) with air. An external 25 bar (2.5 MPa) sensor is available for water testing.
Should exceptional pressure fluctuations occur in a system, you can monitor and measure these reliably over a longer time period with our Dräger P7-TDX. For this, all pressure fluctuations that exceed freely programmable limits are assessed and reported.
The Dräger P7-TDX is equipped with a precision pressure measurement method including temperature and absolute pressure measurement that allows measurement times from 1 minute to 48 hours.
The requirements for measuring times and pressures vary greatly depending on the area of application. To ensure that all pressure measurements can be carried out, the measuring programmes can be individually adapted.

The P7-TDX carries out pressure and leak tests to 0.3 MPa (3 bar). With the external high pressure-sensor, pressure measurements to 2.5 MPa (25 bar) can be carried out.
With the Dräger P7-TDX, you can also carry out a leak measurement on systems> 300 l. If a serviceability test need not be carried out immediately and no official permit is required, the Dräger P7-TDX can also carry out an abridged pre-test. Here, the leak volume is also determined.
With the Dräger P7-TDX, you can easily and safely carry out the inspection of the gas pipelines of a caravan. The new measurement programme allows an independent pressure build-up by the pressure and leak measurement device Dräger P7-TDX. The easy and intuitive menu makes the measurements a breeze. Of course, your results can also be professionally documented: Either a printout on site or via our free PC software, with which you can produce a company logo with the measurement report. The additional function is available as a measurement programme in the Dräger P7-TDX.
