The Dräger PX4500-i pressure and leak detector quickly and accurately detects leaks in new or existing pipeline systems. In the process, the leak test is carried out fully automatically. With its 345 g, it is an absolute lightweight. Thanks to its robust housing, the PX4500-i can withstand even harsh operating conditions. The modern device software and the large touch screen also guarantee simple and intuitive use of the device. The internal pressure measuring range of 160 mbar is extended by an external digital pressure sensor for 35 bar, 70 bar or 400 bar.

Leak testing in industrial and medical technology
Malfunctions in the ongoing operation of compressed gas systems and downstream equipment entail numerous dangers. In order to carry out tests and inspections based on the BetrSichV and GefStoffV safely and efficiently, the PX4500-i offers individually adaptable measuring programmes for pressure and leak tests.
The requirements for measuring times and pressures vary greatly depending on the area of application. To ensure that all pressure measurements can be carried out, the measuring programmes can be individually adapted.

Thanks to USB-C, the PX4500 can charge faster than its predecessors. If a USB port is available, even conveniently while on the road in the car. In addition, USB-C enables much shorter data transfer, e.g. to the PC software PC200P.
Documentation is essential as proof. In keeping with the times, measurement results can be handled via the free PC software PC200P or via the free app Dräger mCon. The app Dräger mCon ensures best mobility and immediate access to all measurement and customer data. The direct sending of measurement protocols including company logo is of course possible.
