Warranty conditions
Dräger MSI GmbH grants a limited warranty on these measuring instruments under the following conditions.
Dräger MSI grants the warranty from the date of initial purchase. Defects occurring during the warranty period will be repaired by Dräger MSI GmbH or its authorized service centers in accordance with the following conditions without charging for labor and material costs.
At Dräger MSI's sole discretion, defective parts will either be replaced with new replacement parts or the complete product will be replaced with a new product. Replaced parts or products shall become the property of Dräger MSI GmbH.
In the event of a warranty claim, contact Dräger MSI GmbH directly or a service center authorized by Dräger MSI.
Enclose a brief description of the defect and the proof of purchase with the product, showing the date of delivery or purchase. Please also provide your telephone number and e-mail address for any queries.
Warranty services do not result in an extension of the warranty period.
Further claims against Dräger MSI such as withdrawal, reduction or compensation - of any kind - are excluded.

Accessories (e.g. probes, sensors), pumps, wear parts (e.g. rechargeable batteries / batteries, printing units) and consumables (e.g. printer paper, filter material).

Damage due to:
- Use not in accordance with the intended purpose or use in non-compliance with the technical documentation and/or safety instructions.
- Lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear
- External influences (e.g. transport damage, damage due to vibrations, overheating, water, moisture or acids)
- Use of unsuitable accessories.

If the type or serial number of the product has been altered, erased, removed or made illegible.

Repairs and modifications have been made by third parties not authorized by the manufacturer.

Regular maintenance and repair or replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear.

Costs for packaging and transport

Transportation risks directly or indirectly related to this warranty

Costs for necessary repairs, adjustments and the like performed in addition to the warranty services
